Our weekly sessions are your weekly reset. A chance to step out of the noise, move your body, and reconnect with yourself.

Our Feminine Movement sessions offer a gentle yet powerful space to release built-up tension, reconnect with your inner self, and feel lighter physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and come back to you.

​

Gentle stretch & release - Each week we offer a supportive body warm-up to gently guide you into presence. You’ll then be led through a flowing movement sequence designed to shift stored energy.

​

Movement - Incorporating over 30 years of experience in dance, safe movement, and nervous system regulation, this is the heart of our sessions. Our unique, carefully crafted movement sequences harness the power of movement to release heavy emotions and restore balance in your body. Not something you will find anywhere else.

 

When you move your body intentionally and with grounding awareness, tension melts away, your body feels lighter, and mental clarity returns.

Our bodies naturally hold tension, stress and emotions, often without us even realising it. By moving your body and targeting specific areas, you can begin to feel more like yourself again.

 

Developing these sessions has included many years of research and dedication to ensure quality results for all who join us. This isn’t just random moves thrown together, but an intentional, thought out sequence of movement to assist your body to feel its best again.

Short Guided Meditation - We close each session with a calming meditation to bring you back into stillness and help you integrate everything that’s moved through your body. These are simple, heart-led meditations designed to ground you, reconnect you with your breath, and leave you feeling calm, clear, and whole.

These sessions are more than just movement, they’re a weekly act of self-care. A way to shake off the week, soften the edges, and honour whatever you’re carrying. Over time, you’ll feel more connected to your body, more emotionally balanced, and more at home in yourself.

Regulate your nervous system, and create a deep sense of emotional and physical release. No experience is needed – just a willingness to move and feel. This is where clarity, softness, and power begin to return.
